A man with a mission

I usually read Wired, the geeky magazine that from time to time comes with interesting news. But this time, the article I found is just an hilarious example of why the world is going to hell:

Albert Swank Jr., a 55-year-old civil engineer in Anchorage, Alaska, is a man with a mission. He wants to install a nuclear particle accelerator in his home.
